What we do

CONNECT aims to develop breakthrough neuronal systems on chip-technology, that models connectivity between CNS and PNS, with Parkinson Disease as a showcase.

The CONNECT project

CONNECT will develop breakthrough neuronal systems on chip-technology.

Interdisciplinary Consortium

The CONNECT consortium consist of key European research groups that combine all required expertise to develop the Nervous-system-on-Chip Technology. The CONNECT consortium consists of Technical University Eindhoven (The Netherlands); University of Sheffield (United Kingdom); Université de Luxembourg (Luxembourg); AALTO University (Finland); KU University of Leuven (Belgium); Erasmus Medical Center (The Netherlands); and FFUND BV (The Netherlands).

Coordinating University

Technical University Eindhoven is the main coordinator.

Horizon 2020 Project

The project has been funded under H2020 program FET-Open Research and Innovation Actions.
